We offer a variety of shipping carrier options for your convenience. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order and carrier preference.
All of our methods provide tracking numbers and may be set to require a signature upon delivery.
usps
The most economical way, we have partnered with the United States Postal Service to ship via Priority and Express Mail services.
federal express
We have also partnered with Federal Express (FedEx) and can ship via most of their available methods: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Overnight.

This tote is not your normal "freebie" like most companies give away. The included tote is the same one that we sell on this website, suitable for shopping, carrying picnic supplies, or using to carry along your personal items as you go out and about.
lead time
In-stock orders are filled within two business days of the order being placed. Depending on the difficulty and availability of materials, out-of-stock items may take up to five business days for the order to be completed. In any event, notice will be provided to the email on the order advising of the anticipated shipping date.
Delivery time
Delivery time may vary based on the processes of the shipping carrier and the service selected. Once your order has shipped, an anticipated delivery date will be provided. Bluebonnets & Butterflies cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been turned over to the shipping carrier.
custom orders
We welcome custom orders and will be happy to work with you to meet your needs. Lead times for custom orders may be extended as we want to make sure that we deliver exactly what you have in mind for your project. Refund policy
We will authorize returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery of any of our products. Returns must be received by our warehouse free of damage. Items damaged in shipping will require a claim to be filed with the shipping carrier and are not eligible for return or refund unless authorized by Bluebonnets & Butterflies. To request return authorization, please email us at orders@bluebonnets-butterflies.com explaining the reason for the return. Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment for the order within three business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned product(s). Processing times once the refund has been provided will be subject to the policies of the financial institution of the payment method.
